At FRAGRANCENET, we work to process and dispatch orders efficiently.

1. Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free unless another shipping charge is clearly displayed during checkout.

Standard orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

This timeframe refers to warehouse processing and dispatch and does not guarantee final delivery within 3–5 business days.

2. Express Shipping

Where Express Shipping is available, orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Courier transit time is separate from processing time.

Express shipping does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly stated at checkout.

3. Courier Delivery

Once an order has been handed to the courier, final delivery time depends on the carrier.

Delays may occur because of weather, public holidays, high shipment volumes, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking details may take some time to update after a shipping label is created.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or shipment.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, carrier notices, and available delivery photographs.

Customers should also contact the courier directly.

We will reasonably assist with available shipping information and carrier investigations.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team with your order number and supporting evidence.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
