These Terms of Service govern your use of fragrance-net.us and purchases made through FRAGRANCENET.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not submit false information, place fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, misuse website content, or use our services for unlawful activities.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product names, descriptions, sizes, prices, images, and related information.

Packaging, bottles, labels, or product presentation may change because of manufacturer updates.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, pricing verification, order acceptance, and shipping eligibility.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of stock issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, technical errors, inaccurate customer information, operational limitations, or applicable legal requirements.

4. Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice.

If a significant pricing or technical error affects an order, we may cancel the affected transaction and issue an appropriate refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Processing estimates do not guarantee a specific final delivery date.

6. Cancellations

If an order has not entered processing or shipment, we may approve cancellation and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

The customer may need to receive and return the unopened item.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping label.

A $20 per-order service, processing, handling, and restocking charge may be deducted from the approved refundable amount, except where prohibited by law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

No eligible refund will be processed until the returned product physically reaches FRAGRANCENET and successfully passes inspection.

Opened, sprayed, tested, used, altered, or damaged-after-delivery fragrances are not normally eligible for voluntary returns.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team first regarding order concerns.

If a payment dispute is opened, we may provide relevant transaction, order, fulfillment, tracking, delivery, policy, and customer-communication records to the applicable payment provider.

9. Intellectual Property

Original website content, including graphics, written materials, layouts, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRAGRANCENET is not responsible for indirect losses caused by courier delays, inaccurate customer information, product misuse, personal fragrance preference, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
